The BAMEDCA Annual General Assembly (AGM) is the organization’s most important yearly gathering, bringing together members, community leaders, partners, and stakeholders to review the progress and impact of BAMEDCA’s activities over the past year. The Assembly provides a platform to present annual reports, evaluate ongoing projects, and discuss priorities for the coming year.
During the AGM, members engage in open dialogue on community development initiatives, environmental conservation efforts, and strategies for strengthening the welfare and unity of the Bamendankwe community. Key decisions concerning programs, governance, and future projects are also deliberated and adopted during the meeting.
