Executive Summary
BAMEDCA’s Community Multipurpose Centre project is a landmark infrastructure initiative designed to serve as the socio-economic and cultural hub for the Bamendankwe people. Located strategically to foster community engagement, the centre provides a unified space for administrative, educational, and commercial activities to drive local development.
Problem Statement
The growing population of Bamendankwe at home and in the diaspora lacks a centralized, modern facility to host large-scale cultural events, vocational training, and developmental meetings. This absence of infrastructure limits the community’s ability to preserve its heritage and generate self-sustaining revenue for local projects.
Objectives
Construct a state-of-the-art multipurpose hall for cultural and social events.
Establish a vocational training center to empower youth with modern skills.
Provide high-quality accommodation for seminars and visiting dignitaries.
Create a commercial hub to generate sustainable funding for national and branch projects.
Target Beneficiaries
The primary beneficiaries include the residents of Bamendankwe village and the diaspora, youth seeking vocational skills, and local entrepreneurs, totaling an estimated 800 community members.
